For a first registration with us you can use the handwritten version now.

Complete a form (Minors or Adults) + a questionnaire and health certificate (Minors or Adults) The medical certificate is only requested if a negative response appears in the health questionnaire.

Come to our Wednesday (at Annie Villa) or Saturday (at Callot) slots. A leisure trial session and a training session are authorized.

Pass'Sport
The Pass'Sport is a sports aid of 50 euros per child to finance all or part of their registration in a sports structure.
The Pass'Sport is a purchasing power measure designed to offer children and young people who are furthest removed from sports practice, due to a disability or for financial reasons, easier access to sustainable sports practice over time, benefiting from a structuring and educational framework such as a sports club can offer.
